THE TPC-5000 SERIES IS A PROGRAMMABLE CONTROLLER FOR INFRARED GOLD IMAGE FURNACES THAT DEMAND A FAST RESPONSE DURING HIGH SPEED TEMPERATURE INCREASES, AND CAN ALSO SUPPORT LOW SPEED TEMPERATURE RISE FURNACES. THE SERIES FEATURES HIGH FUNCTIONALITY AND PERFORMANCE IN A COMPACT PACKAGE, A RICH SERIES LINEUP IS AVAILABLE AT LOW COST.

 

FEATURES

• Easy control of 100°C/s or higher temperature increase rates at high speed sampling (50 ms) (Twice that of conventional controllers)
• Adaptable thermocouples: JIS, K, S, B, R, E, J, T, W. Can also control platinum resistance elements, current input, voltage input
• Capable of 256-step program settings. Through a maximum of 8 input ports, 5 output ports, and the interface (relay), the controller can handle many functions such as opening and closing valves. (Enhanced type only)
• Contains 30 A, 60 A, 120 A control circuits so it can support a variety of heating furnaces
• Compact size: 157 mm (height) x 250 mm (width) x 380 mm (length)
• Temperature program settings and external signal input can be performed from a PC with the included software. (Connects via a USB port)

• TPC-5000-32-X series: Single phase 200 V 30 A type
• TPC-5000-62-X series: Single phase 200 V 60 A type

• X: Select from “1” for the standard model or “3” for the enhanced type with external I/O ports
